The Turks and Caicos Telecommunications Commission is hosting a three (3) day workshop scheduled to take place from January 9th to 11th, 2012, Providenciales.
The Commission and its members have embarked on an exciting start for the year, commencing with a workshop with Lauraisa Associates Limited, UK. This Workshop initiative is designed to improved our knowledge and understand of Number Portability.

The Commission has received an application from TCT Limited, operating as Express High Speed Internet (Express), for approval of a licence pursuant to the Telecommunications Ordinance 2004 (the Ordinance).
COMMISSION DECISIONOn January 27, 2009, the Commission received an application from TCT Ltd. (TCT) for a telecommunications licence pursuant to the Telecommunications Ordinance 2004, seeking approval to offer high speed internet services to the Turks and Caicos Islands. In its application documents, the company confirmed its intention to continue providing high speed internet services at this time, but had plans to expand its service offerings to include other broadband services using the underlying network facilities currently being used by TCT.
